Digital Data Analyst

Job Description

Are you a data wizard with a passion for unraveling complex datasets? We are looking for a driven Digital Data Analyst to strengthen our team. In this role, you will support a wide range of data analyses, using large volumes of internal and external data to generate insights and improve the sales performance of our webshops and online campaigns.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create dashboards based on internal and external data, including sales figures, product information, digital platform statistics, market data, and more.
  • Perform both recurring standard analyses and ad-hoc research to understand and improve the performance of product categories, customer segments, webshops, and online campaigns.
  • Act as a pioneer within the Media & Digital team Nothern Europe and guide colleagues in the correct and efficient use of available dashboards and tools for independent data analysis.
  • Serve as the first point of contact within the team for questions related to data, reporting, and tools, proactively offering solutions and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications

For the Digital Data Analyst position, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • A completed degree at hbo or wo level (Bachelor’s or Master’s);
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role;
  • Experience with data analysis and relevant tools (Salesforce, Power BI);
  • Analytical and commercially minded;
  • Energized by driving changes that contribute to better sales results.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
